Good book in general, but not finely polished

It is a book that has a complete description of most of the semiconductor knowledge. But some of the content can be seen obviously is wrapped up too quickly and without careful polishing. However, it is still a good book if you are a college student, or a graduate student who wants to have a quick reading of basic semiconductor stuff.
